Testimonial plugin

Hi,
I am using the small blog option for my blog page. I am trying to add a testimonial plugin to my side bar. I can’t get the box to show up. The spot where I added the widget simply add the title. There is not even a place to add additional text. Can you help me figure out what I am doing wrong?
