Template Isn't Working with Revolution Slider

Hello. I wrote with this issue a few months ago which was resolved, but now the problem has appeared again after a WordPress update. I am using one of your templates and the Revolution Slider expands across the entire width of the screen with a white border at top/bottom without seeming to recognize that there is a side panel for navigation.

There are several pages at http://www.amyparrish.com that have this same problem, but you can see it immediately by visiting the homepage.
