Team Member – File Not Found Problem

Hello,

We’re using the Team Member element for our Leadership page and having problems with a”File Not Found” error message that pops up now almost everyday. I go in, clear the cache and reset the permalinks and it fixes the issue. But the next day, we see the same problem happen again. This has happened at least 3 days in a row now. Can someone help me figure out what’s going on? Our site is live now and this is a problem.
