Team Member Box sizing and Alignment

Is there a way to center the people in the team member box? See the attached screenshot for what I currently have. As you can see, we only have 2 staff members. If I select the option for 2 columns, the staff members profiles are huge in comparison to the other profiles. If I select 4 columns so the sizing is the same as the other profiles, the two are automatically left aligned. Is there a way to center them?
