system diagnostics has wrong web addy

I sent Branko a email, didn’t want to send login credentials to hosting through here.
I did a migration on a site and the link from the temporary domain i built it on is still sitting in the system diagnostics area of theme options. I have been having problems editing sites because bluehost said something is throttling my server and using more than 10% cpu usage. I don’t know if it is this wrong link, but i have had a nightmare for days and they have no answers for me. It’s someone else site so i am really concerned and do not know how to fix it. I found something on wordpress.org, but afraid to mess with it. I am even having a problem logging in ftp so i would have to have you go directly to bluehost account with login credentials. just dicovered ftp not working on wait with bluehost now. I have to get this worked out. This is the onl thing i can think of that may be causing it. The client has a server and his it people set his email through bluehost and i thought it may be them, but i won’t know for sure until i get this part fixed. I am going to resend my bluehost login credentials so you can edit through there, at this point ftp is useless.
