System Diagnostic Error

Under System Diagnostics my WP Memory Limit and Max Execution Time shows red warning and how to increase these limits. In my wp.config.php my Memory Limit is 128 and in my php.ini my Max Execution Time shows 120. Bluehost did have to create the WP Memory Limit but that was a while ago and it still shows red in my System Diagnostic. They said everything is fine on their end. I wondered if I need to Restore Default in my Backup Settings with Highend but I don’t won’t to erase the work I’ve done on my website. I think these false settings may be causing another problem and would like to fix this before I do anymore troubleshooting. How do I get Highend Theme to read the correct WP Memory Limit and Max Execution Time?
