Switching From Aegaeus to Highend

Hello

I am currently using the Aegaeus theme for which I have created 6 pages. I am considering switching to the Highend theme.

Could you please tell me:
1. How easy would it be to install the Highend theme over the Aegaeus theme.
2. How would the new install affect the pages and content I have already set up.
3. Would I still have the ability to change the font size with Highend.
4. Would I still have the ability to have unlimited sidebar on either side of the page as with Aegeaus.
