Swap Top Header and Main Header

Hi there,
I had my headers swapped below 1024px, but since doing the update i’ve notice that some css code has changed.

Hoping that you can help me with my css to keep the swap as it has reverted back to normal.

hb-header should be order 2 under 1024px and inner-header order 1. This did work until the update.

Also, logo in top bar to be infront of normal logo. This was also implemented until the update, now I can’t find a way to make this happen.

Mobile logo also seems to be centred in the header, which isn’t usually the case? Can’t figure out what went wrong here either.

Must have been a big theme update! The sticky header css code changed to so that broke a lot of style on multiple pages. oopsie.
