Support-Help-Fair and Honest

OKay, I spend 49 dollars for this template, I am expecting full support, specially because for the past 4 days since i bought the template i have not been able to build anything that gets saved, this is going to be my business and my way of getting food on the table for my kids. You guys are making it very difficult. I request and require a direct phone number where there is the support you advertised when selling your theme. This forum support is not enough for a lot of us, we paid for a service and you are not delivering. Please Get this handled and give us the service we paid for, otherwise we will have to take some measures that you might not profit from. So please lets keep this fair and honest. This is my work and i need the page to work. Please get in contact with My IT, username ralosmar or with me. I don’t want any more emails i want a direct contact. Also please do not delete or hide any of our messages because we are also recording them and making sure we have proof of everything that happens here.
