Sub Menu stopped working

Hi,
our clients website http://www.fanvil.com.au uses your Aegaeus theme and it has recently developed a major fault ie the menu items with sub menus have stopped working. Menu items without sub menus still work.

We have turned off all plugins to see if the issue is caused by a plugin but the issue persisted.

Can you please advise what the issue might be and how to fix it?
