Stripe Description Field

When I leave the description field for stripe empty the drop down gray description box still appears on the checkout page with no text.

When I leave the description field empty for PayPal, the drop down box does not appear under PayPal.

How do I get the description field to not appear for Stripe when there is no text in the filed in the WooCommerce settings page?

I’m not sure if this is a Highend Theme issue or Stripe or Woocommerce.
