Sticky Section Not Working

    Hello,

    I want to make a section sticky, but when I add javascript or CSS position: sticky; it is not working.

    My top menu bar is currently sticky, but I want to make the section with the sub-menu bar sticky as well (Overview, Certification Requirements, etc.).

    Do know how I can solve this issue? See attached screenshot.
