Sticky Header is turned off but still sticky

Couple of parts to this but its all around the header

1. Sticky header turned off in header layout.
2. I have the following Code added to Make the Logo and the header bigger move the menu and put a gradient behind the header. I include it here to make sure it is not connected to the issue with the sticky issue
3. The slider is now being partially covered by the Header
