Static “add to cart” button on shop page

Hello,

I use WooCommerce on my website and as per default, in the shop page/archive the “Add to cart” button shows when hovering the product image (example attached)

Is there a way to show that button below the product price, static, and only for certain categories? (as shown in attachment “Mockup”).

I would need it for categories “presets” and “tutorials”.
