Stalls when saving changes

    I can use any feature in WP and the changes save immediately but when I go into HIGHEND to make changes to the theme, when I click save it just sits there will a bar gauge and never saves.
    Do I need to uninstall the theme and reinstall it?
    Will I lose any of my pages?
