Special navigation bar transparency

Hi really quick question here,

On my main page I’ve enabled the special navigation bar (i.e. the transparent navigation bar). I like the unstuck header as it is, but I want the sticky header to be solid black. I haven’t been able to figure out the CSS to target the opacity for the sticky header. Any help would be appreciated.
