Spacing Customization

Hi there!

I am trying to customize some spacing on Highend. I want to remove the spacing as outlined in the red and green boxes in the attached screenshot- the red appears on ever page (there is supposed to be a logo for this navigation template but I don’t want it to appear in this space) and the green is only on the content pages (not the homepage). Is it possible to remove these spaces?
