Social Share and NEXT post buttons are missing

    Our new multi language site, http://www.blokboek.com, made with the HighEnd theme is now live. We are very happy but still have two questions:
    – We have enabled the social share buttons for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn but only Facebook is showing up in the header?
    – We are missing the next/previous post button under a post, we had this with the BulletPress theme, how can we get in HighEnd?
