Social Links, Skype chat and Maps

Hello,

I’m trying to customize my brand new amazing Highend WP theme,
would you please help me with the following:
1 – How to allow the social links to be opened on a new page when clicking the Social icons on the Header?

2 – How to launch a Skype chat instead of a Skype call from the Skype icon in the Header?

3 – How to open the Map location on an external Google Map?
