Slider revolution and layerslider need register and licence key to start work

Purchase highend and interest in slider revolution to make banner, activate both of them, find a template in slider revolution then import, need register to get licence key, layerslider is same problem need register and pay. just follow your steps in support forum, deactivate it, both of these plugin gone from wordpress dashboard; delete them and reinstall via highend again, still not working need license key. There is no way to import their template. how can I use the template, don’t understand what mean not need to activate them, if I do, they will take away from dashboard.
