Site Security

Whenever I activate the Highend Theme, my site loses security. If I am in my wp-admin, the site still shows secure. But once I go to visit the site, it shows un-secure. Would this be a plug-in simply interfering? The site previously had GenerateTheme, and when that theme is reactivated, everything works fine. Should I remove GenerateTheme completely?
