Sidebars no longer showing after update to theme with license key

Hi there, i’ve just updated the theme on one of my sites and was required to enter my theme license key to get updates to plugins. After entering my license key and successful activation, I noticed that the sidebars on the site no longer work. Only the default sidebar works.

Any ideas?
