Sidebar Manager not showing up

    I am trying to follow the HighEnd documentation to edit my sidebars but cannot find the sidebar manager.

    Step 1 – Navigate to Appearance > Sidebar Manager

    Under Appearance > my only options are Themes, Customize, Widgets, Menus, Premium Themes, Theme Editor.
