Sidebar list font color change

Still new, and still learning – hopefully. I’m attempting to change the font color to white on the right sidebar lists, under the H4 headers. I can change the H4 header color using the settings under the “Color-Content” tab in the menu,and they appear fine. When I change the Content Background Color to a dark color (#000000), the list text becomes almost invisible. I can’t figure out how to change the list text color. I hope this isn’t one of those “forest for the trees” things. I have looked, but simply cannot find it. Thanks in advance, and I truly apologize for my “newbness”. 🙂
