Sidebar disappeared

I submitted a question regarding my sidebar widgets a few days ago, and it was partially fixed. My widgets were frozen & I was unable to make changes to those on my sidebar. They were all removed a couple days ago, but the sidebar was as well, & I don’t know where to look to add the widgets to a sidebar.

Please help!
