Show/Hide more team members not working

hello,
Show/Hide more team members at the bottom of the single staff pages.
is not working on my specific team member pages,i have enable that form highend option > team member setting but still its not working.
and i want the image n fullwidth section above the image of that specific member,i have tried all the possible options but its not working, pls tell me how to do it..
pls help
