shortcode to display blog posts doesn't work

    Hi Guys,
    I have a site where we are trying to use the shortcode blog to list just one category, but it just lists every post .. any ideas why. The code we are using is

    [blog number=”20″ category=”540″]

    Theme is aegaeus
