Shortcode didn't install

Hi –
I installed and am building in the Aegaeus child theme. The Shortcode feature doesn’t seem to be visible or working unless I add it manually.

So my question is can you figure out what needs to happen to so I can select shortcode options as you mention on your shortcode support page?

Also, the columns I entered with the shortcode aren’t centered and I’m not sure why as there are no columns other than the 3 I created.
