Shop Page Issues

Hello,

I suspect these issue are related but am not entirely sure…

#1 = The shop page of the site is set to allow for 4 images per row. On row #2 there is only 1. Is this because of the images are sized too big (Issue #2)?

#2 – I can’t seem to make these images smaller. I’ve set them in WooCommerce > Products > Display to 100×100 (all there image types) but that didn’t seem to do anything.

I’m using the Highend theme version 3.3.7.3 and I believe that everything is updated as it should be.
