Shop Front page – Images blurred

The images on the front page of my shop are blurry, under recent products and categories.
These include images that were loaded with the demo theme?
I have unticked ‘lightbox’ in woocommerce settings as well as ‘hardcrop’, I have regenerated the thumbnails

But these images still look blurry
Any help would be appreciated
