Shipping only to 2 countries province & State not working

Im not sure if this question if for here or woocommerce.
but im working on my shipping and i only selected US and Canada.
my base country is canada so it actually shows the province but when i select US its still showing provinces instead of “state” how do i fix this.. i check out the demo and it seems to work flawlessly when i choose between canada and US..

please help.
