Is their a way to change the default categories page links to a specific new page?
Or
Is their a way to change/restyle the default category pages?

THe current layout ( http://www.svice.ca/category/sms/ ) I’d like to change to be more like https://hb-themes.com/themes/highend_wp/blog-masonry-left-sidebar-2/
