Security issue with Revolution Slider 4.1.4

I’m enjoying working with Aegaeus WP Theme. There are so many fun things to learn and explore. Thank you for your wonderful work.

My problem today is that my web hosting provider sent an email saying there is a security issue with Revolution Slider. I went to update it at Theme”whatever” and they said go back to you. I have deleted Revolution Slider from the site altogether (very afraid of being compromised). I thought maybe a reinstall would give me an updated version (anything above 4.1.4) but it just reinstalled the faulty security compromised version.

Can you give access to an updated version of this plug-in, and also tell me if I have completely ruined everything by deleting all the files and databases in the process, and how would I reinstall everything again because when it is deleted I keep getting the warning that the site needs that plug-in.
