search results thumb

Hi
I have a question regarding changing the size of the thumb that appears in the search/category/tags result

I would like to know if there a way to have or assign different thumb size (say 200×100) that is cropped/resized properly (not stretched)? and how to do this?

Btw I’m using image simple resize plugin to be able to use custom thumb sizes.
