Scroll rates for pages…

Hi HB,

I am managing to design the pages and get them how I want them, but the demo pages used to scroll to exactly the next element on the page and look cool.

How do I reset the scroll rate? Currently my pages scroll up and down too quickly without any control via the mouse…

Any help is appreciated.
