Row with background image not mobile responsive

    I have a fullwidth row on my website that has a background image. However, when I view the site on a phone, I notice that it’s not mobile responsive and the image doesn’t show completely.
    This row also contains a raw HTML block that gets cut off on mobile.
    Do you know what I can do to fix this?
