Revolution slider not displaying

Hi there,

I had posted this in another thread and thought that it made more sense to create my own thread.

Yesterday, the revslider stopped showing up on a site I’m working on:

So I uploaded the latest version of revslider and activated it. it still didn’t display on the webpage, and now when I go to the admin section of revslider its all screwed up.

If you could take a look and see if you can diagnose whats going on I’d really appreciate it.
