revolution slider layer slider not able to add media

    Due to wordpress 4.0 i cannot add media to revolution slider or layer slider and the media library is not able to be visible. I looked at downgrading back to wordpress 4.0 but it looks difficult and have to change folder names etc.
    Any suggestions or fixes?
