revolution slider is parralax but not set.

I am using the rev slider for header on this page and have parralax set to off, but it is still doing it. I have a banner image set underneath it just to give site owner an option, but i do not want parralax to be set for slider. I looked to see if the page had a setting in case i missed something but not finding it.
