Retina Display Failing

Hi, this is my THIRD time trying to get a useful response to the issue I’m having with text and menu items becoming fuzzy on a MacBook Pro 15″ with Retina Display running the latest version of Safari. This theme was advertised with Retina responsiveness, but it’s not working for me the way it should be.

I’ve attached four screenshots – the first three show the issues, and the 4th is to prove that I am in fact using a Retina display. My logo displays clearly, but on mouseover my menu becomes fuzzy. My columned sections with buttons are both fuzzy, as is the first element on the page next to the image.

Bottom line is that I haven’t received a lick of support in the last two weeks and I’m considering pursuing a refund if the theme continues to function as it is without help from your support team to try and resolve the issue.
