Responsive Editing not working

Hello,
I am creating my first website on Highend since you took over. What have you done to the responsive part of the theme?
The spacing settings for each size is knocking the other one off and I’m now having to put in thousands of pixels to adjust each size. It used to work just fine but now it does not. Please put the code back to the version where it worked or please give me some advice on how the new version is designed to work.
