responsive design on mobile not working

Hi

I’ve noticed that the responsive design isn’t working for the mobile version of my site. I know I just pressed “update” on the various plugin updates if that has anything to do with it. I checked to make sure that the “responsive design” toggle was enabled in the highend options.
