Request: HTML sitemap enhancements

Hi!

I think it would be nice improvement to the Highend theme if you could tweak some setting on the sitemap shortcode. I suggest the following ones:

1) Provide the ability to exclude or include only some sections (i.e. exclude “Posts”, or only include “Pages”)
2) Provide the ability to remove the section heading (i.e. don’t show the “Pages” heading)
