Reply to your request not recording and no response.

Hi,
I have an open support ticket “Navigation skin selection not displaying properly” and although I keep sending the information requested, I am not getting a reply AND my replies are not showing up in history as they should.

Can you check it out and let me know what’s happening. I’ve created the temp admin user as requested and want to send the login info so I can get the help I need.
