Removing Text & Symbols Under Blog Post On The Posts Page

    When I view my blog page in grid format the “read more” button, ‘comments’ symbol, and ‘like this post’ symbol are overlapping each other in a weird way. I just want to get rid of them altogether and center the titles of my posts, so that only the featured images and centered titles are seen on the grid page. Is this possible?
