Removed the Logo But Now There Is A Gap

I have removed my logo with this:

#header-inner-bg {
display: none;
}

But there remains a ~50px gap of white at the top.
I have the top margin of the first box set to -50px, but anything more than that and the box starts to get cut off at the top.

IDo you know of anything that can remove the gap?
