Remove scroll and height 100% absolute

Good afternoon, I have a question about the page display.
in Options / General Layouts / Choose Content Width
– Choose between 940px, 1140px and full width. You can use any width by entering Custom CSS. – I have it at Fullwidth 100%, but nevertheless a scroll appears and the images are cut

I would like to be able to remove the scroll in the whole web and that the height of the page was 100% absolute, because in some browsers the photographs are cut, and that I have them in a slider revolution to (1920 x 1280 – fullscreen).
