Remove Redundant Page Names

Hi there,

I am trying to remove what I consider redundant page names from my page displays, for example, on the “About Me” page – I don’t want the header at the top of the layout to show “About Me” again – it takes up too much space. How can I remove this? I don’t like how “Product Category” is there, too – I just want to show the subhead which is “Yoga Supplies” – I don’t want to see

Is there any way of removing this? Is this called the slug?

Thank you for any help with this. It really impacts my enjoyment of the High End theme and seems to be a clunky must-have on all WordPress sites. Ugh.
