Remove or move the “Privacy Terms” at bottom right corner

Please help.

I’m trying to figure out how I can remove or move somewhere the “Privacy-Terms” that is on my site but not so lucky.

I thought it’s because of the GDPR plugin. I deactivated the plugin but still the button is still there.
