Remove Featured From Page Header

I want to remove my pages featured image from showing up at the top of the page but still have it show up as the featured image on my category page.

Here’s an example…

I want the featured image to continue to show up here

http://brownsmensland.com.au/blog/

But not as it does here

http://brownsmensland.com.au/look-good-in-a-hired-suit/

Instead the page should look like this

http://brownsmensland.com.au/wedding-suit-hire-geelong/

You’ll notice that the page directly above still has it’s featured image showing on /blog but not on the page itself.

Please let me know how I can make this consistent across the other pages.
